Part 2 of Eli and Eric’s review of the game Heroes of Tara! They finish off the classes and then get into the new skills and spell rules. Also worth noting: Eli and Eric mistakenly referred to the Tuatha De Danann as creator gods but the book clearly states that humans were living on Eriu before they arrived. They also got “kelpies” and “selkies” mixed up; the former are vicious water horses and the latter were shapeshifting seals.
In this bonus episode, Eli and Eric talk about Subversion by Fragging Unicorns. Subversion is a wonderfully designed fantasy cyberpunk game; Eli and Eric talk about the mechanics, lore, art, and of course how Eli is not a fan of the cyberpunk genre but finds this game compelling.
